1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the website wezykarchitekci.pl, operated by Wężyk Architekci Sp. z o.o., E. Drużbackiej 5/1, 01-622 Warsaw, Poland ("Service Provider").

2. Nature of the site

The site is informational in nature and serves as a portfolio — presenting completed and conceptual architectural projects by the practice. The site does not enable the conclusion of contracts or electronic transactions and does not constitute an online shop within the meaning of applicable e-commerce regulations.

Some of the materials presented are design concepts or visualisations, which may not have been built or may differ from the actual completed project.
