Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out the rules for processing personal data of visitors to wezykarchitekci.pl and of individuals contacting the Wężyk Architekci practice.

2. What data we process

We process personal data voluntarily provided in emails, phone calls or a contact form (if made available on the site) — in particular name, email address, phone number and the content of the enquiry. Our hosting provider's server may automatically log the IP address, date and time of visits and basic browser information in system logs, solely for security and to keep the site running correctly.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing

Data is processed to respond to enquiries and conduct correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), to potentially conclude and perform a design services agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to fulfil legal obligations, e.g. tax and accounting ones (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Data retention period

Data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and afterwards for the period required by law or until any potential claims become time-barred.

5. Recipients of data

Data may be shared with entities supporting the Controller's operations — in particular hosting, email and accounting service providers — only to the extent necessary for their tasks and under appropriate data processing agreements. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

6. Rights of the data subject

Every individual has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to its processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if they consider the processing to infringe GDPR.
